After graduating college, I was a zookeeper at the Kansas City Zoo. After many years of gaining experience and mastering my training skills with exotic animals like elephants and sea lions, I decided to start a dog training business. It has been my pleasure to help my clients build fulfilling and lasting relationships with their dogs all through positive reinforcement training methods. We have a chocolate Labrador named Barry who we take everywhere in our Vandoit camper van. We have traveled from Maine to the bottom of the Baja Peninsula putting over 40,000 miles on our van and counting. This has given us the freedom to pursue our hobbies that include mtn biking, hiking, snorkeling, kayaking and camping. I truly believe the most important part about life is to pursue your dreams and go outside and play!

Everyone was extremely helpful during each step of the process. My biggest problem was that I have trouble visualizing designs and colors from a phone or computer screen. Even with that the final product came out great. People keep coming up to me when I get gas or park anywhere to tell me how cool the van is. They provide a lot of material to answer questions as well as respond quickly if I have other questions not in the included material.

The last thing they want is a disgruntled owner. I can't think of anyone who has taken possession of their van and been disappointed. Occasionally you may have the person who flakes out during the build process and decides to try and bad-mouth the company, but from my understanding they usually do what they can to remedy the situation. They are an amazing group of people and as an owner who has attended the last 5 or 6 owners xperience gatherings., I consider the employees and other owners as family. I think this is why you see mostly 4 and 5 star reviews. The 1 star reviews are usually those who never got to experience the joy and think they have a leg to stand on.

We brought our van into the shop for some maintenance and new parts today. The staff was awesome and even offered a tour of the facility. We also found some deals on some used Dometic fridges that were here. Great waiting area with snacks etc and comfy couches. Over all great service and experience here.
